LinkOscar Murillo. Collective Osmosis.
From 14 March 2026, the Colombian-born artist Oscar Murillo transforms the interior and exterior spaces of DAS MINSK Kunsthaus in Potsdam. With his project Collective Osmosis, he creates a dialogue between his contemporary artistic practice and the Impressionist works of Claude Monet. Murillo’s abstract, gestural paintings, installations and participatory projects revolve around questions of movement, exchange and community.
Our audio guide accompanies visitors through this multifaceted exhibition. The tour follows thematic connections within Murillo’s work and is deliberately not conceived as a linear route: the individual stops can be selected freely and open up different perspectives on key motifs such as movement, collective action and artistic gesture.
Rather than offering fixed interpretations, the audio guide invites listeners to discover their own connections between the works. Contextual insights, biographical elements and excerpts from an interview between Oscar Murillo and DAS MINSK’s director Anna Schneider allow the artist himself to speak. Questions and prompts encourage visitors to experience the exhibition in a personal and associative way.
A recurring sound motif links the individual stops and creates an acoustic bridge to the second exhibition venue, the Museum Barberini, where Murillo’s works are presented in dialogue with paintings by Claude Monet.
