At NOUS Digital, we work across culture, technology, and IT - from museum experiences to software delivery and compliance. As AI tools become part of how good work gets done, we believe being clear about how we use them is part of doing that work responsibly.
How we use AI
We use AI tools to support parts of our process across all our work: research, drafting, and translation for content and client communications; and code assistance, documentation, and testing support in our software and IT projects. AI helps us work faster and explore more options - it doesn't replace the expertise and judgment our clients rely on us for.
Human review, always
Every piece of work that leaves NOUS Digital - client deliverables, tender submissions, code, documentation, or content on this website - is reviewed and approved by our team before it's finalized. AI may assist the process; it doesn't have the final word.
Security and compliance come first
In our IT and compliance work, we're especially careful about how AI tools are used - particularly around data handling, confidentiality, and information security. Any AI tool used in our workflows is assessed against our internal security standards before adoption.
Why this matters to us
Whether we're preserving cultural heritage digitally or building and securing IT systems, our clients depend on accuracy, reliability, and trust. We hold our own work, including how we use AI, to that same standard. If a tool helps us do that better, we'll use it. We just won't hide it.
