In collaboration with Kunstmeile Krems, we developed a knowledge-based conversational AI system built on validated institutional data. The goal is to make knowledge centrally accessible and to sustainably improve both internal processes and the visitor experience.
The platform supports staff in their daily work by providing quick access to information on collections, exhibitions, and administrative processes. At the same time, it offers visitors contextual and up-to-date information on programs, opening hours, and educational offerings via a chatbot on the website.
By intelligently connecting internal content, the system delivers information with precision, simplifies processes, and strengthens communication between the institution and its audience. With its launch, Kunstmeile Krems takes an important step toward future-oriented knowledge management in the cultural sector.
