We design digital visitor experiences that help people discover, understand and engage with places, collections and stories in new ways.
Our process begins with research, workshops and a clear understanding of the audience, the context and the institution’s goals. From there, we develop visitor journeys, interaction logic, media planning and user interfaces across physical and digital touchpoints - from orientation and wayfinding to content, sound and atmosphere.
Our work includes visitor apps, multimedia guides, AR and XR experiences, interactive installations, location-based storytelling and AI-powered companions.
We use technologies such as beacons, image recognition and ultra-wideband positioning where they genuinely improve the experience.
A particular strength is immersive and spatial audio. With NOUS Sonic, sound can respond to movement, position and direction of view, becoming part of the exhibition itself.
Our approach is user-centred and holistic: we connect content, technology and space to create experiences that are intuitive, memorable and sustainable for institutions to operate over the long term.
